This presentation was planned as an open and unscripted discussion of the results of a Worldwide OER survey conducted earlier this year, presented at the EuroCALL CMC & teacher Education SIG workshop in Bologna, and at CALICO 2012 in South Bend.
Participants were asked to read the following workshop paper
http://eurocallsigsbologna.weebly.com/uploads/8/7/4/5/8745414/colpaert_bologna_2012_eurocall.pdf
Participants were asked to discuss the following kinds of issues:
- epistemological (what do we mean by Open? what should be Open?),
- technological (what do we need to make this work?),
- psychological (what are the psychological barriers for teachers?)
- and juridical issues (who is going to profit from my work?)
